If you are a member of one of our plans, you are entitled to exclusive discounts on long term medication  –  your discounts will automatically apply check out.

If you are ordering prescription only medications, a vet will need to authorise any long term medicines purchased before they can be dispensed.

Orders placed before 5pm on Monday-Friday should be available to collect by 12pm the following working day.  We will contact you if we are unable to do so.
